# Billing and plans

Billing is managed at the workspace level.

## What users can do on the Billing page

The Billing page currently supports:

* viewing the current plan
* changing plan
* viewing the payment method on file
* updating the payment method
* canceling the subscription
* viewing invoices

## Plan-based product capabilities

The app already applies plan-based behavior in several places.

### Core

* hourly snapshot schedules are not allowed
* report schedules are not available
* shorter data retention

### Standard

* hourly snapshots are allowed
* monthly report schedules are allowed

### Pro and MSP

* hourly snapshots are allowed
* monthly and quarterly report schedules are allowed
* longer retention

## Payment method details shown in the app

The Billing page shows:

* card brand
* last 4 digits
* expiration month
* expiration year
