Billing is managed at the workspace level.What users can do on the Billing page
The Billing page currently supports:- viewing the current plan
- changing plan
- viewing the payment method on file
- updating the payment method
- canceling the subscription
- viewing invoices
Plan-based product capabilities
The app already applies plan-based behavior in several places.Core
- hourly snapshot schedules are not allowed
- report schedules are not available
- shorter data retention
Standard
- hourly snapshots are allowed
- monthly report schedules are allowed
Pro and MSP
- hourly snapshots are allowed
- monthly and quarterly report schedules are allowed
- longer retention
Payment method details shown in the app
The Billing page shows:- card brand
- last 4 digits
- expiration month
- expiration year
